Volpak's Whistleblowing Policy - EN

Following Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and fight against corruption, VOLPAK, S.A.U. and its brand Enflex, part of the Coesia Group, are hereby informed that they have an Internal Information System.
The company will be responsible for the processing of personal data under the provisions of current legislation in this area.

En cumplimiento de la Ley 2/2023, de 20 de febrero, reguladora de la protección de las personas que denuncien incumplimientos de la normativa y de lucha contra la corrupción, se informa que VOLPAK, S.A.U. y su marca Enflex, perteneciente al Grupo Coesia, disponen de un Sistema de Información Interna. La empresa será responsable del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal conforme a lo dispuesto en la legislación vigente en esta materia.
